Publishing Fees

The Journal of Climate Change (JCC) is a fully open-access publication dedicated to disseminating the latest research in environmental engineering, sustainable energy systems, and climate technologies, ensuring that high-quality technical advances are freely accessible to the global community.


The journal charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) of £400. WSSET Members receive a 10% discount on this fee, provided they submit an official membership certificate as proof of their membership.


We invite scholars from around the world to submit their research and contribute to a fairer and more inclusive academic environment.


Waiver Information

Requests for waivers should be made upon submission in your cover letter to the editors.

Authors who wish to request a waiver must submit a formal written letter at the time of article submission.This letter should be signed and clearly outline the reasons for the waiver request. The letter must be uploaded along with the manuscript during submission.

The editorial team will review all waiver requests on a case-by-case basis. For all other submissions, the journal applies its standard waiver policy, which follows the World Bank country classifications for low-income and lower-middle-income countries.

Incomplete or informal waiver requests will not be processed.
